Woman Caught On CCTV Dumping Cat In Wheelie Bin

I can't believe this. This woman is the DEVIL and she should be punished for what she did. Maybe she needs to be put in a trashcan for 17 hours. The cat didn't do anything to her. I am appalled that any human being would do this to a little kitty.
