I CAN'T STAND IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You know I can't stand when people say they are going to do something and they don't do it. My husband ordered oil to be brought to the house today and he has called them (Quality Oil) and he was told they were going to bring it. It is now 6:13pm and NO OIL.Now heaven forbid that we were to run out of oil this weekend and we would be cold. I guess that would mean some kind of refund or discount for not doing their job. Glad we still have oil in the tank. I still hate it when people promise something and don't deliver.
