Zumba Fitness Basic Steps Demo

Well Jimmy and I have decided we are going to lose some weight this year. I need to lose 60lbs and so does he but we have decided that whatever we lose we will be happy with it. We do not want to get discouraged because we don't lose what we want because it took more than a year to put it on. We are being realistic. We joined the "Y" as our wedding anniversary present and started going yesterday. We have walked, I took a Zumba class and Gabby wants me to take the Latin Heat and Hip Hop classes with her. I think Jimmy and I will also start the aerobic swimming classes. We are trying everything we can this time so we don't get bored and want to stop. We are also going to change our eating habits. Smaller meals, more fiber- you know greens, salads, protein, cut out soft drinks, drink more water, etc. My weight started out this month at 213 ibs and I am not weighing myself until the end of the month to see if I have lost any weight. I know we can do this and I will blog about this every so often to let people know that you can do it to. YOU JUSTAVE TO WANT IT BAD ENOUGH!!!!!!  And this time I do.............................
