STEELERS GET SPANKED AT THE SUPERBOWL!!!!!!

WELL IN 2011, THE GREEN BAY PACKERS SPANKED THE PITTSBURGH STEELERS AT SUPER BOWL XLV. AFTER WATCHING NUMEROUS PENALTIES SLIP BY THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN PLACED ON THE STEELERS. GREEN BAY WON IT FAIR AND SQUARE. I REALLY DON'T CARE TO WATCH THE SUPER BOWL BUT I WILL ADMIT WITH CHRISTINA AGUILERA SCREWING UP THE NATIONAL ANTHEM AND THE BLACK EYED PEAS SOUND CREW DOING A HALF ASS JOB DURING THE HALFTIME FESTIVITIES AND THEN THE GAME ITSELF. WELL I DID LIKE IT. IT WAS A PERFECT GAME TO BLOG AND KUDOS TO THE GREEN BAY PACKERS FOR THE GREAT JOB THEY DID AND CONGRATULATIONS FOR A FINE WIN.  GREEN BAY PACKERS ARE WORLD CHAMPIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SUPERBOWL BLUNDER ALREADY!!!!!!

Two hours before kickoff, Cowboys Stadium wasn't ready for its possibly Super Bowl-record crowd.
As the Green Bay Packers and Pittsburgh Steelers warmed up on the field, workers were still installing temporary seats in the top level of the stadium's west end.
The NFL shuffled things around to make space for the folks who'd paid $600 for those seats -- or, at least, as many as they could.

"Most of the fans affected will have been accommodated in their seats or relocated to similar or better seats," the league said in a statement. "Fans who are not accommodated with seats inside the stadium will each receive a refund of triple the cost of the face value of their ticket. We regret the situation."
Ticket-holders in those sections were asked to wait in the Party Plaza while work was being finished.
NFL Network's Kara Henderson reported that one possible solution would be to place the affected fans in seats where league employees and their families have tickets.
This is the latest black eye for the hosts following a week of problems caused by rare severe winter weather. They were hoping flawless game-day logistics would wipe out some of the complaints.
At least the weather was better -- blue skies with temperatures in the low 50s.
Cowboys owner Jerry Jones was counting on a crowd of more than 105,000, including stadium workers and media, and fans who bought standing-room tickets for plazas outside the stadium.

WELL LOOKS LIKE JERRY JONES SCREWED IT UP!!! AT LEAST THE FIRE MARSHALL WENT IN AND SAID THERE WAS TOO MANY SEATS. AT LEAST PEOPLE'S SAFETY IS BEING LOOKED AFTER BUT NOW HERE IS THE THING. IF YOU ARE GOING TO GIVE ME $1800 TO COMPENSATE FOR ME NOT ABLE TO WATCH THE GAME THEN YOU ARE SMOKING CRACK. I AM HERE THEN LET ME WATCH THE GAME. PUT ME UP IN THOSE HIGH PRICED BOXES WERE THE PARTY IS. THIS IS A MAJOR BLUNDER. SEEMS LIKE YOU SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BEFORE THE DAY OF THE GAME THAT YOU HAVE TOO MANY SEATS AND IT ISN'T SAFE. THAT'S MESSED UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I GUESS MONEY MONEY MONEY IS ALL ANYBODY CARES ABOUT.

President Obama (not being ugly) but your path should be one that the United States needs to mind their own business. Every time another country has a war we always have to get involved. Needless to say too many of our men and women have died for no reason. They were not protecting our interests but the interests of the people with money. They were sent to protect the oil fields for the oil companies and the people in our country who have interests in the oil companies. The did their jobs like they were told and died doing them but they didn't need to be their. Like in Iraq, people in these countries have been fighting since the bible days and they didn't need us then they don't need us now. Please don't get involved and have more of our military die for nothing.

So if it depends on the characteristics of food and the size of your meal then that means- red meat would be harder to digest and large meals would be hard to digest as well. Just think if you ate smaller meals and maybe became a vegetarian then you would lose weight.  I also read their are different degrees of being a vegetarian.}

There are a number of types of vegetarianism, which exclude or include various foods.

• Ovo vegetarianism includes eggs but not dairy products.
• Lacto vegetarianism includes dairy products but not eggs.
• Ovo-lacto vegetarianism (or lacto-ovo vegetarianism) includes animal/dairy products such as eggs, milk, and honey.
• Veganism excludes all animal flesh and animal products, including milk, honey, and eggs, and may also exclude any products tested on animals, or any clothing from animals.^[20]
• Raw veganism includes only fresh and uncooked fruit, nuts, seeds, and vegetables. Vegetables can only be cooked up to a certain temperature.^[21]
• Fruitarianism permits only fruit, nuts, seeds, and other plant matter that can be gathered without harming the plant.^[22]
• Buddhist vegetarianism (also known as su vegetarianism) excludes all animal products as well as vegetables in the allium family (which have the characteristic aroma of onion and garlic): onion, garlic, scallions, leeks, or shallots.
• Macrobiotic diets consist mostly of whole grains and beans.

So I think maybe this is something we should try. Get plenty of exercise and change our diet. Less meat and more vegetables and fruits. Maybe the thing is we have 30 feet of a digestive tract and things, like meat, may take up to 72 hours to leave our bodies. Well no wonder we can't lose weight the food we are shoveling in is taking to long to leave our bodies. It's time for a change because we are killing ourselves. Just think we could have excellent meals without all of the meat. You don't have to go 100% meat free. Just eat fish and chicken but not everyday. Plus, you have to leave the heavy meals alone. Like mac n cheese and heavy creams on pasta.
I just told my husband about this and he is all for it. So we are going to try to cut back on meats and eat more vegetables and fruits. We have already joined the YMCA and started exercising so now we have to fix our eating habits. I think it is disgusting for food to stay in my body for 72 hours before it leaves. I am changing my way of thinking in regards to my body and health. Anyways, it doesn't hurt to try something new. Maybe it will just work.

SUPERBOWL SUNDAY! WHATEVER!!!!!

Well today is Superbowl Sunday and I am definitely not impressed. Jimmy will watch the game and I will watch halftime and I really don't care who wins. Too me it is too much hype for one football game. The only thing they win is a shiny trophy. It is just another reason for Americans to go to a party and get drunk and act stupid. Now what happens after the party. You tell everybody bye and you get into your car and then you start to drive home. On the way home you get pulled over by your community Highway Patrol, Sheriff's Deputy or Policeman and the next thing you know, you are at your local jail getting a breathalyzer and mug shot. Then you have to call a friend or family member to come and get your ass out of jail. Hopefully, you don't have to call your spouse or parents because those are the people that will kick you ass because they had to get up and come bail your ass out of jail.
So SUPERBOWL PARTY PEOPLE, if you have to get drunk then have a designated driver so the rest of the family doesn't have to come get you from jail. We would really appreciate it. Have a great game people.
