STOKES COUNTY, N.C. -- Charges have been filed against a woman who troopers said struck and killed a bicyclist and injured another in Stokes County on Friday.
Linda Sink, 51, of King, is facing charges of failure to reduce speed and misdemeanor death by motor vehicle in the crash that killed Donald Sunday, 62, of Winston-SalemAnother rider, Barry Leonard, 49, of King, was treated at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center.The two were riding along Trinity Church Road near the interchange with NC Highway 52.
Well all I can say is good. If she had slowed down then she wouldn't have killed this man. Here's the thing though, If she doesn't have a record then she will probably get probation. Not much of a punishment for killing someone.
