Pair Accused in Woman's Death After Botched Plastic Surgery
LAS VEGAS –  Two  Colombian nationals were arrested Sunday at Las Vegas' McCarran  International Airport in connection with the death of a woman who  underwent a cosmetic surgical procedure while in their care.
Ruben Dario Matallana-Galvas, 55, and Carmen  Olfidia Torres-Sanchez, 47, from Medellin, Colombia, are being held  without bail, the Las Vegas Sun reported.
They have both been charged with one count of murder and will face court Monday.
The dead woman—who has not been named—was  dropped off by relatives at a Las Vegas address on Saturday where she  was to undergo a surgical procedure.
Four hours later, the relatives returned to the address but it was abandoned and the woman could not be found.
She had been taken to a hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
The pair were booked on a flight to Colombia when they were apprehended at McCarran.
