RURAL HALL, N.C. -- A suspicious package discovered Wednesday afternoon outside the Mayflower Restaurant in Rural Hall prompted a call to the Winston-Salem Bomb Squad, Forsyth County deputies said.Deputies said the restaurant was evacuated while the package was analyzed.
